Foundation

The Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Foundation was founded on July 26, 1998. This entity is separate and distinct from the Fraternity. The Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt, beneficent, charitable, literary, and educational organization with the 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Service classification.

The Foundation awards scholarships to Latino high school and college students to assist in their educational and leadership development. Scholarships are awarded to deserving students who can demonstrate high academic performance, leadership skills, and financial need.
